cost of £70,000, the site went live on Wednesday, May 21st, 2008, and can be viewed

The VillaCentre website offers up-to-the-minute, real-time availability and a secure
online booking facility for private villas in 12 European destinations. The 'live'
booking system allows visitors to check the prices and availability of over 250
villas online on any day of the year. The website also includes a number of new
features to promote ease of navigation for users and a new 'Holiday Experiences'
section, where VillaCentre representatives review region resorts at length. The
site also boasts a wealth of new information on well-known villa resorts in France,
Italy, Spain, Portugal and Cyprus.

James Main, Managing Director of Villa Centre, stated: "In 2002 VillaCentre were

an online booking facility. By 2006, those operators slow to react to customer
expectations had now done so along with many new entrants to the villa rental
